New to 2019 we are now able to offer a Property Management Service for holiday homes. This service is ideal if you have a property which you let out short term for holidays but unable to keep an eye on it all the time due to other commitments or living a distance from the property. We have several different packages which we are able to offer

Fully Managed Service Packages

Bronze
- Contact for guests (9am – 5pm Monday to Friday) Includes up to 1 hour of guest contact per month (extra hours charged at £15ph)
- Organising Tradesmen for any repairs (+10% on all Invoices)
- Monitoring cleanliness Feedback for the property
- Check and change light bulbs
- Check fridge, cooker and dishwasher working
- Check smoke alarms (log in property booklet)
- Check remote control batteries
Silver
- Bronze Package plus:
- Contact for guests (8am - 9pm Monday to Saturday) Includes up to 2 hours of guest contact per month (extra hours charged at £15ph)
- Spares and repairs service
- Mail collected and redirected
- Quarterly maintenance inspection
Gold
- Silver Package plus:
- Contact for guests 24/7 Includes up to 3 hours of guest contact (extra hours charged at £15ph)
- Monthly Maintenance inspection
- End of season / Pre season deep clean window cleaning internal and external (Monthly)
